1. License to Play

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play Bottle Twist on your personal mobile device for entertainment purposes only.

2. In-Game Currency & Virtual Items

The game contains virtual items, including in-game coins, tube skins, cap decorations, and wallpaper themes:

• Virtual coins are earned solely through gameplay achievements and optional rewarded events.
• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for real currency.
• All virtual goods are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of AlienX Software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, visual bottle animations, audio procedural synthesizers, level designs, trademarks, and code comprising Bottle Twist are the exclusive intellectual property of AlienX Software and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the application.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, hack, exploit, or use unauthorized automation tools (bots or cheat engines) that alter the intended puzzle mechanics or coin systems of Bottle Twist.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bottle Twist is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AlienX Software does not warrant that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every legacy mobile operating system version.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlienX Software and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the game.
